The transaction went off smoothly. Mr. Sait found a buyer within 20 days of approaching him and arranged for the... Khatha and verification of original documents by Bank's legal dept. There was an unexpected delay in getting the Khatha. Registration was also hassle free. In fact I met the buyer on the day of registration only ! His charges were commensurate of the effort and in the course of dealing with him and going through the process we figured he was very well connected in the real-estate world. His connections made things super smooth at the sub-registrar office and what ordinarily is a multi-day affair happened in hours even though we showed up late.One of key attributes of working with Ibrahim was his great patience and educating mentality, working out alternatives in contract language preserving interests of the buyer and negotiating legal clauses.There were many times the seller drew very hard lines on the contract closure and fell out of trust but Ibrahim kept his cool and helped with closure despite quite a few nail biting moments. Apart from... the help of getting the property registration, I found him as a friend, a guide to support and be with me during those stressful days.
